This gorgeous statue of St. George in Armor triumphing over the dragon was on the corner of one of the half-timber buildings alongside the street as we came down the cobblestoned road down from the Imperial Castle, heading toward the Albrecht Dürer House. With the beautiful weather and bright sun, the golden armor just seemed to glint magnificently.
