This long banner was flying over the upper floor of the library, and I really liked the design. It proclaims "Baden-Württemberg: 50 Years ". Baden-Württemberg is the name of the German state in which Mühlacker resides. It was reorganized out of two component states after World War Two, hence the anniversary of the banner.
