Cloudy Mountain
In Bavaria we made a stop to a Cuckoo Clock making shop in the Schwarzwald (Black Forest). Amazingly, the entire side of the building was one gigantic cuckoo clock, as can be seen in the first photo. Inside the shop it was possible to see the clock mechanism.
The other photo was taken outside the shop. During much of this part of the trip we had rather cloudy weather, however that meant we frequently saw scenes like this of mist-covered mountains, which I thought was especially haunting. Also since my friend Sandro wanted to see some pictures of the Schwarzwald, I thought this would be a good shot.
