we of course made a stop along a section of (what is left of) the Berlin Wall. People think of the Wall as some great structure but it was really hastily erected slabs of concrete. In order to get a perspective of the length of this remnant of the wall, I had to stitch together several photos to get this perspective composite shot. This is also why this photo is so wide compared to my others - shrinking this down to 640 pixels or less just doesn't give an impression of what you're looking at!
